Meet Abigail

Abby Noesi

Hi there!

I work closely with caregivers, people living with chronic illness, and those navigating grief and loss. I believe our stories matter simply because we're here, yet too often we're made to feel invisible in our grief, like our experience isn't worth taking up space. My work is to offer a different kind of room, one where you can explore your grief, values, and hopes, and be fully seen while you do it.

My years as a medical social worker in skilled nursing and hospice settings taught me just how many unique forms grief can take. One lesser-known form, ambiguous grief, is often present in the changes and transitions we face throughout our lives.

Healing isn't linear. It has its own seasons, its own quiet and its own growth, and I hold space for all of it. I aim to honor each part of you so you can move toward a more whole, authentic life, and rest more easily in your own skin.

I bring an affirming, integrative approach that draws on mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused practices, grounded in a social justice, anti-oppression, multicultural, and strengths-based framework. I honor the full complexity of who you are, your background, identity, and history, and meet you exactly where you are.

Healing takes many shapes. As we move closer to the root of tender things, they can feel more acute before they ease. I can't promise a particular outcome, but I can promise this: as you do the vulnerable work of building on your strengths, I'll be right there with you, moving toward what matters most in your life.
